So. Me, in a nutshell… Hrmmm…

I’m a Momma. I’ve got three beautiful children who are 14, 10, and 7. They are each on completely different life paths, but still have that vein of similarity that comes along with being siblings. My philosophy as a parent is that our children are not supposed to be what we choose - they are supposed to be what they choose. Our job is to give them the tools to help them make the right choices. Anyway, they’re pretty awesome little people!

I’m also a Wifey. We’ve been married for 13 years. We are not only husband & wife, but also supportive friends…Shayne is definitely the silent, strong type. He`s  fabulous at supporting me while I spread my wings!

I’m an Aries. This means that I’m passionate, impatient, tenacious & generally jump-first, ask on the way down. I’m learning to be more still, which is important & something we should all learn. I prefer to see the positive in everything - and even though I complain about the weather a lot, love living here in Calgary.

I am constantly growing & learning. I like to think I’m a life adventurer, because I’m quite open to new experiences. My goal is to heal & love the world. I’m told this is idealistic & impossible to achieve. But I figure if I can spread a little love and light, then I’ve done the right thing…
